Cutaneous Horn Arising From a Seborrheic Keratosis

Fixed Drug Eruption Caused by Doxycycline

This entity usually manifests as a solitary spot, but can be multiple. Tetracycline antibiotics and barbiturate sedatives are common causes. This patient had been taking doxycycline.
