A 53-year-old man presents to ED with progressive painful swelling of left submandibular area and throat. S/P molar extraction after toothache. PMH, none; smokes cigarettes, occasional ETOH; meds, clindamycin after extraction. Vital signs, WNL. More details in video from ED, above.
