A recent survey designed by market research company Martec to access the emotional components driving healthcare decisions, found significant levels of insecurity about reengaging with the traditional system and identified concerns about both in-person and telehealth/remote care.
The survey identified 4 key areas that drive reengagement decisions and 4 unique patient segments with significantly varying viewpoints on that reengagement.
