Dr Zisook, an investigator in the STAR*D trial (the Sequenced Treatment Alternatives to Relieve Depression study funded by the National Institutes of Mental Health), is Professor of Psychiatry at the University of San Diego, La Jolla, and and Residency Training Director in the Department of Psychiatry at the San Diego Veterans Affairs Medical Center.
