The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) recently released its recommended 2014 vaccine schedule. No major changes were made, but it was modified a little. One modification was made to bring the AAP's recommendations in line with those from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) on the use of Tdap in pregnant adolescents.

Under the new AAP guidelines, which pregnant 15-year old should get a Tdap? Choose the best answer.

A. All who have not had one within 2 years
B. All who have not had one within 5 years
C. All who have never received a Tdap vaccination before
D. Ignore previous doses. Pregnant females should get a dose with each pregnancy regardless of time of previous vaccination.
