These benign vascular tumors are sometimes seen in pregnancy.
Pyogenic granulomas. These benign vascular tumors are sometimes seen in pregnancy. The lesions present as dome-shaped tumors, often surrounded by a collarette of scale at the base (Figure). Pyogenic granulomas are friable and bleed easily with trauma.
