Nasal Hemangioma
A 21-year-old woman had suffered recurrent nosebleeds and pain in her nose for the previous 2 months. Physical examination revealed an extremely vascular, slowly enlarging intranasal growth on the anterior surface of the septum.
Preauricular Sinus and Accessory Auricle
Unrelated abnormalities in the preauricular area were noted in a 50-year-old man who had presented with acute rhinosinusitis following an upper respiratory tract infection. The patient stated that he had had these deformities since birth.
